Ingrid Tønder

Ingrid Tønder lives and works as a set, lighting and costume designer In Oslo, Norway. After finishing her studies at Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in 2007 she has worked at most of the main theatre houses in Norway. As a set designer, she has worked, amongst other productions, at : "Jeanne d’Arc", "Lulu" and "Miss Julie" at the Nationaltheatret (Regie: Victoria Meirik) "My brilliant friend" at Hålogaland Teater, "The Name" at The National Stage (Regie: Trine Wiggen) "My summer without men" (Regie: Victoria Meirik) and "Plan 9" (Regie: Heiki Ripinen) at Oslo Nye Teater. She was awarded the Hedda Award for Best set, costume and lighting design for the production "Arabian Night" by Roland Schimmelpfennig (Regie: Jon Tombre) at the Norwegian Theatre, Oslo.
